Step 11 - Check Gift Card Balance
Here you can check Balance on a customers Gift cards
Use the following steps Balance Inquiry a Gift card
- Tap Gift Cards from Home Screen
- Tap Balance Inquiry
- Input gift card number or Swipe the card to fill in all the fields
- Press the physical 'Menu' or 'Forward' button and tap Process
- It may take a few moments to load the balance
- The balance will display as shown here
